It looks like the white clips snap onto the car. From what I’ve seen those kind of clips usually hold very well. Thats what a lot of bumpers and side skirts that I’ve had to remove have used. If you want extra strength, 3m double sided tape is used a lot to hold on side skirts, side moldings, rear spoilers, etc.
