man i can only imagine. i hope everything works out for you getting that off your property without any problems bro. it would really be a shame if you got fucked.
I find it absolutely astounding what a complete waste of life / piece of shit this kid is. Scammers piss me off to no end, there is no reason for it. Hard enough to trust people nowadays.
Adam has nothing to worry about except wasted time.
Banks build in $ for loss, and they shouldnt have too… but PEOPLE do not. Not the people stolen from. Certainly not the biggest “potential” victim, the co-signer.
yea and you should know how he feels, like you owe him money for “parts off the sti”, so picking this car up, storing it , rebuilding the turbo, dealing with this bs, still doesnt cover what you “owe him” apparently … :Idiots give me a break
but i wouldnt worry, there is WAY too much proof and way too many people who know about this, travis is def a low life, but he doesnt have the guts to go full out and say “you stole his car” , there is no way, you can joke about it and say he would… but i know hes not going to go that far… he could go as low as asking jon to burn the car for a second time at his place, but i cant see him goin much farther…
idk how far of a drive or how much of a pain in the ass it is for you, but i would just drop the piece of shit off on his drive way and not look back from there… this is gone too far, free loader is not even a good enough word
it really sucks now, he couldnt possibly fuck up MORE than this… getting the help and trust of adam was an incredible thing to happen for him , and so easy to no fuck up… yet he does anyways

I called the lien holder today and spoke with the Damages Dept. Gave them the rundown, ran the VIN through them, and man were they interested in what I had to say, and so was I in the information they were allowed to give to me.
Ladies and Gentlemen…the bank had no idea of the cars current condition! I am fucking PISSSED right now. This means that Travis lied to me and took me for a loop here yet again. He told me back in Dec that the bank was aware of the car, that he gave them my address where the car was located, and told me that they were coming to look at it.
Bull-Shit. They didn’t even know the car was in an accident according to a Salvador there, whihc is what I thought myself when I viewed the title state through DMV to locate the name of the lien holder.
This means that this burnt piece of shit would have sat here continuously unless I did something about it. That was NEVER part of the statement that I told Travis when I picked up the car.
They are sending an adjuster to come appraise the vehicle, and possibly(more than likely) write the car off and give me proper paperwork to dispose of the chassis. I want to see the adjusters face when this car comes into his view.
Justin, legally I can charge him upwards of $25 a day for outside storage. It would get paid for by the bank(or repo company) and then tacked onto whatever they filed against Travis. While it’s a nice chunk of cash, I’m not going to do that and get myself further wrapped into this debacle here. Part of my agreement with him was that I wouldn’t charge him storage fees, and I’m sticking to my word on that.
