I didnt buy my car with JDM XTREME performance in mind, I would have gotten a Sentra SE-R (note the “-”) and VQ35 swapped it if I wanted that. My car is an EPIC highway cruiser, looks great, is slightly above average quick in a straight line, and handles decent. That’s all I wanted out of a car last year. Now my priorities have changed, as will my car. Just wait and see Charles, just wait and see.
About the VQ35 Sentra:
They run about 12.80 on slicks on a bone stock motor, full interior. The VQ35DE only weighs 48lbs more than a QR25DE so handling is hardly compromised. I think a swap (installed) runs $6,000 (this one shop in NJ or MD or something does them).
