Picture perfect early american prchard park home located on 5+ acres with a 80 x 60 barn. Roof and siding from 2001. First floor bedroom or den/family room. Very private wood setting, first floor laundry, new kitchen, first floor full bath, updated electric, plumbing, furnace. “3” fireplaces, wide plank wood flooring, great if you have a horse or large storage needs. Jewett holmwood between valley view and transit.

If you take into consideration taxes you are really renting it for $250/mo. In a really skewed view.

It is already rented, I checked.

probably paid off…owner has moved and is renting to cover taxes + a little profit while they wait for it to sell…

I really like this house, but 379 is too much and so are the taxes.
