Site Update

Brian and I worked on the site for a few hours yesterday to make sure that everything up to date check it out

C3 Autoworks

As an official member of C3 Autoworks, I hear by agree to
the terms and conditions stated here before me. I know that
as a member, I am representing C3 Autoworks at all times. In
no way, shape, or form will I slander or jeopardize the name
and/or reputation of this team and/or its members. I know
that during public events such as car shows, meets, and all
team functions, I am representing not only myself, but the
entire C3 family as well. I also agree to always make myself
available to attend any and all shows, meets, and events
unless it is absolutely impossible for me to do so and with
Team President Brian Houck’s knowledge of the matter.

When attending these events, I agree to be ready for the
task at hand. Cars will be cleaned and ready for shows and
participants will be fully capable and ready for the event. C3
Autoworks will expect nothing less than one hundred percent
effort and participation at all times. Some shows and events
include more than others. Members are not required to enter
these extra activities/competitions, but are strongly
encouraged to do so. As an Official Member of C3 Autoworks,
I am part of a team and a family. I will do what I can to
always help and support my fellow teammates both at and
away from these events/activities.

I agree to do my part to help this team grow and will do so
through my actions. This includes handing out business
cards, promoting the website, getting others interested, even
going as far as mentioning it just about where ever you go.
When you are in a place related to cars, try saying something
along the lines of the team that you are on. Say that other
members of your team might be interested. This will help
spread the word and even help with sponsors in the future.

If I attain sponsor both through the team and individually, I
agree to uphold the reputation of that sponsor. I will do my
part in helping others on the team get that sponsor and if
fellow teammates have conflicting sponsors, I will not
slander or demeanor them in any way, shape, or form as this
will be bad team representation. If a sponsorship’s terms
involve placing stickers on my car, they will not interfere with
the team sticker which is most important. I will represent C3
Autoworks before anything else. Team before sponsors,
even if it means loosing the sponsor, team first.

C3 Autoworks is based around equal rights. All members
are created equally. However, Senor Members hold the
rights to make changes within the team as they see fit.
Members are expected to attend team meetings as much as
possible. These meetings are important and will concern
important matters that you will need to be present for. You
will be expected to give your input and participate in the
meeting to the best of your ability. I will be expected to ask
what I can do to help the team in any way, from show
preparation, to working of team related projects in the off
season. At no time does the team stop working. The off
season is the time to grow and make changes and I agree to
do what is necessary to help this growth along.

As far as your car is concerned, you are expected to
continue to work and improve you car as times goes by. No
specific requirements are in place, but if the show scene is
always evolving, so should your car. Your car mush be
cleaned and ready for the show/event. When showing up to
these events, you and your car must be ready. If problems
with these terms and conditions occur, the team leaders will
meet with you and this could lead to a potential termination
of your contract and membership. I understand that my
membership can be terminated at any time and for any
reason, but will be discussed with me first and I will receive
warnings on such matters.

This contract is good for a one year membership of C3
Autoworks. At the end of my year my contract is up and I will
need to resign for the following year. If I am not asked to
resign, then my team membership is up.

Thank you and welcome to C3 Autoworks.

   President Brian J Houck.

holy shit!!! maddddd strict rules no way i could follow all dem rulez

anywho…

who’s got the fastest car in the club?

saw the red mkIII supra drive by my house the other day… I know it was sold and no longer in the club, but thought I’d mention it

thats wilty. he’s nuts.

That’s it. I’m putting Lower Class stickers on my car. JK

The club scene is tough, people constantly get new cars, and stop going to shows… etc. The show scene in this area is also pretty rough. A lot has changed from 8 years ago.

Good luck Brian… met you awhile back.

thats like joining a Cult. :ohnoes

I only got through the first two paragraphs, and if Shift was a club like that, I would have been kicked out already.

I was in a club once with a long set of “rules” too… it was super lame.

Maybe if it was an all VW club…

::slight_smile:

:tong

the rules are there just to show a bit of class when at a show or meet or something like that its just to keep everyone on the team from being an ass and making the whole team look bad.

correct the grammatical errors… SENOR members. im not mexican holmes.

not trying to bash your crew, but these car clubs never seem to work out. and that rule set kills me, you must agree with everything the president says, or you are out… wow, sounds like a tyranny.

fixed

for once in my life i agree with you… off with thy head.

lower class ftw

:lol :crackup :runaway

Slow Turbo’s son

I’d be kicked out within SECONDS.

like i said the rules are not ment to be like its this way or your out kinda thing they are just there to keep members in a professional attuide while attending a show, meet, etc. just so that people dont do something stuipd and make the whole team look bad thats all they are there for. Brian put the rules in place when he first started this team and if you talk to him or come to one of our meets you will see that the rules page needs to be re-written.

So, if I sat in front of my Vette with my ‘I’ll fuck the fat friend’ shirt, that would be frowned upon by the team? :nono
