Skate Bake ?

Anybody know of a place that charges reasonable rates to bake a pair of skates?

Great skate wants 50 bux just to put skates in an oven for 10 minutes…

i just picked up a pair of vapor XXXX’s and want to bake em

to mold em to your foot?

stop being such a pussy just skate on em

i dont know if hockey outlet does. if you have anyone that works for a snowboarding shop, talk with them, its the same thing to heat up snowboarding boots.

other wise, soak hot water in the skate, soak a sock in hot water. put it on and wear the skate for a day. they will break in. my father use to do this with all of my skates, and they would turn out great after one day of wearing them in practice.

Just fucking play in them and break them in…

wear thick socks

i would say holiday man i might be wrong but i think its only 30 bucks if that

Its not for breaking them in…

the vapor 40’s have a plastic side that is intentially boxy/square fresh out of the box… they are meant to be heat molded to your feet…

this isnt the just bake em to break em in thing… this is baking to custom mold them to your feet thing

call holiday

Try front row @ the pepsi center

pepsi was only ten bucks, they raised it to $40 when great skate had their tent sale. they reduced it, but not back to ten bucks. I forget how much it is now.

it’s ok to wear them before baking them, in fact many companies recommend you wear them once or twice before baking them.

i’d say call pepsi and holiday

turn your oven to 350 and have at it

holiday, just front and tell them you got them there but did’nt have time to bake them the first time around

Word, i took my Grafs to Holiday. i kinda knew the guy so i dunno if he was “hooking” me up or if they only charge $10.

easy bake
