Okay i really dont no how to explain this without everyone jumping down my throat and criticizing me for this question. I have done some research but would like the critics view. I have 20gs okay. I want to do something unique with a 1989 240sx. I would like 500 hp. I have already done a sr20det swap b4 and i wasn’t happy with the outcome. I want to spank my dads porche GT2 with a 20g car. Now im talking about stripping the whole car down and doing everything over. Is 20gs enough to cover all the angles of the car properly and which skyline motor should I use and how? Any feedback would be appreciated, espicailly positive
Thanks
step 1) write a check for 20g’s
step 2) bring completed item in step 1 to one of any number of tuning shops appearing on this board
step 3 and the most important step) provide pics of this supposed GT2!
20 g’s isnt enough
ask daddy for sponsership money
dosnt it cost liek 20 g’s to change the oil on a porsche?

20g’s isnt enough…i would say ur looking at anywhere from 30 to 40 grand if u want to do it properly
wheels, big brakes, suspension, all new control arms links bushings etc so u dont tear ur rear end apart…then u will need to get the frame all done so u dont twist it or wreck it with that kind of power…so ur looking at welding the frame/adding in attatchems that nismo and other companys make…then ur looking at the motor swap doing it properly etc, gauges, exhaust system u would want to upgrade ur vlsd to probably a 2 way or 1.5 way kaaz makes them…tunning could cost u 5 grand probably 10 grand if u want to do it all the right way
depends how u want to go about this, do u want it to be done properly or do u want it to me done half assed
oh and ur gonna probably have to customize the drive axle/rear subframe to accomadate the skylines engine
