Anyone know of a bridge / gateway of some sort that will make this work?

Skype is a proprietary protocol and all programs and applications for it are closed source so it always tough to integrate it with your system. Your best bet if you like the Skype features of mobility and messaging and everything is to move to a local or hosted SIP based PBX.
Yeah, I know about that proprietary protocol, it’s fucking annoying.
Problem is, client loves skype, wants us to use it, wtf.
I don’t understand why can’t they just use another softphone???
Is this an internal system only or do they call random Skype friends nad they just think its cool with the IMing and stuff?
If its an internal place and only deal with internal people I am sure you can sell them a SIP platform. Many more features.
