IanK took this pic. We set up a really long line in an abandoned art school by my house. It was about 90 feet long or so. We weren’t able to get it super tight. The ends were about 6 feet off the deck, and in the middle it sagged to w/in 10 inches of the ground. It was hard to walk, but cool to do it in a different environment.
I also got some Vibram 5 Fingers to slackline in, they work pretty well, and certainly protected me from the broken glass all around. The shoes make it slightly harder, but a lot easier than wearing regular shoes.
I may get a generator so I can bring lights and my heater here for winter slacklining sessions.
Slacking Socks? How thick are the soles?
