sounds weird…never had that happen to me.
i twitch as I fall asleep…I used to have insomnia all the fucking time… sometimes the twitch wakes me up and i used to get so pissed that i had to try to fall asleep all over again. Not being able to sleep sucks the big D
one time sleeping with my gf…my arm twitched as i falling asleep and punched her right in the head…not too hard but it was right when we started dating and she was like wtf.

Wow, I think its happened to me once or twice, its kinda like being awake but you think your still dreaming? Idk how to explain it, but its wierd. Might not even be paralysis… lol
yea i’m a very active sleeper. apparently one time i was yelling in my sleep and my girl tried to wake me up and i grabbed her by the neck with my hand clenched ready to punch her and luckily just went back to sleep. dont remember any of it.

sleep paralysis is 100% normal. when you go to rem sleep you’re paralyzed. simple biology here.
Glad I don’t have to deal with this, looks kinda scary.
