Slowboy Racing is hosting EFI 101 and EFI Advanced

Hey everyone, we are hosting an EFI 101 course by the guys at http://www.efi101.com/ and it will be held July 16th and 17th. Thats right, two days of instruction and tuning training. Step by step fundamentals will be covered, minimizing risk to engines, fuel formulas, time efficient tuning techniques, and everything else involved in “tuning magic”! This is not some mickey mouse organization and they have been raved about by Turbo Magazine, D-Sport Magazine, Honda Tuning, Hot Rod, Popular Hot Rodding, Chevy High Performance, Overrev, Engine Masters, GM High Tech Performance and many others. Slowboy gets no kick back on this, we are just hosting it for an informed and certified tuning seminar so that others can get certified on EFI.

$445!!! :eek4:

for what you get that is a deal

yea 445 bucks isnt really that bad for it being so close to home. when i got the ems system i called AEM and asked them about this course and they said they offer it free, but it was like 3 days long. so i would have to pay for hotel and a ticket to fly out to cali. not a bad deal. if i can come up with the cash i will register for the class.

Yeap and this just isn’t for AEM or Haltech or one in particular. This is for fuel injection control and tuning. It is for more for, this equation is for fuel figure in the correct amount of timing and how to tune in a timely, efficient manner. This is acceptable timing, this is acceptable A/F at so much timing on such and such fuel. This is more of a class so that you can understand AFC’s, Translators, and Stand Alones as a whole, not just one in particular.

what is the cut off date for registration?

BTW this is george from hybrid if you havent figured it out yet haha

Hey george, i had a pretty good idea that was you and then when you said AEM i knew!

You can sign up to 5 business days before the class. If you sign up early they give you an early bird special and you save a decent little chunk of change.

I’m pretty excited about it because EFI University said they are bringing the whole team out because we have gone out with them at SEMA and PRI.

I was going to go last year and regret it. I’m thinking about going to the chicago session.

woo hoo, we are actually over booked, 43 in a class of 40. I never thought it would turn out this well!

Trying to have it again, this time me seeing it in time?

poo… next year i guess :sadwavey:

Guys we are trying to get something setup for late fall. I’ll post back if we can schedule out a date. The problem mostly lies in when the guys from EFI can actaully be here.

I signed up for the new letter from the site but have yet to get anything. I’d be very intersted in going so please keep us up to date!

Definately interested in the fall date.

So far they only have up to the nov. up on their site. I may just drive out here if I can’t find one closer. I should’ve taken this a long time ago. :frowning:
