I hear you. The GT500 is without a doubt an impessive car! And a better choice over that gawdawful Gen5 Camaro. I’m a Chevy guy but new Mustangs>new Camaros.

Ford has there shit together. GM should have went thru a redesign of the whole camaro. Or at least some plastic and fiberglass panels like the 4th gen to shed some weight off that battleship.
Instead they took the cheap way out and waited years to bring out a car that just has another motor swapped in.
If it’s not a vette it is not worth buying from GM performance wise. Even that is debatable.

As much as I like he looks/performace of the C6 Z06 the interior is horrible quality wise on the C6 for a car that is 70k+ new.

Maybe if always starts in '93 and lasts until '02…so yea I will give them the benefit of the doubt for those years even though a 93 Cobra was close to a 93 LT1, and the 96 Cobra and LT1 were close. But from 82-92, Mustang was definitely faster. But that is way before your time probably. Then we will hand it to the Camaro from 74-78 since they didn’t make a Mustang ( Mustang II doesn’t count LOL)
