I was thinking about a way to make it easier for people to know whats going on with meets and local events. An idea I came up with was a system that would allow you the user to send a text message to a specific number, and then it would return the results of the next 10 upcoming events. All of this would be free, just would cost you text messages on your service plan. Would you guys and girls find this feature useful and actually use it? I would like it just so I don’t have to log into the site to see whats going on when I am out driving around.

I am doing research on how to build the system, let me know what you think though and if you would actually use it.

I think it would be cool, but I think with the amount of work you are going to put into it you are not going to get enough use out of it. Sort of like that chat and so forth.

I can see how this would be useful to alot of people. It won’t be for me though because I just use the internet feature on my Blackberry to search the site.

Definately an interesting idea though.
