The National Weather Service in buffalo has issued a winter storm warning for Monroe, Wayne, Livingston and Ontario Counties including the cities of Rochester, Newark, Geneseo and Canandaigua. The winter storm warning is in effect from 1 a.m. Wednesday to 1 a.m. Thursday.
Storm total accumulations are expected to reach 8 to 12 inches by late Wednesday evening.
