Tis okay most of my customers ask me why I have a second radiator for my motor, and how my car can’t possibly beat the viper sitting in the shop…AUGH.

SO when i moved down to AR, i started working with a kid who bought a 97 eclipse gst that didnt run. after having it in and out of shops for 4 months, and over 1k in labor fees he had them stop and pulled it out…within 30 minutes i found out the shop didnt put on the CPS sensor on so it wouldnt get spark/fuel (they did a full bottom end rebuild though…) so i told him to buy a 1g CAS and i threw it on, and it starts + runs now. He is in the process of putting it on the road, and i just flew home to move more stuff down - and 30 minutes ago i got a call from him saying he was showing the mechanic who worked on it that it ran, but it smelled like gas…
cliffs: He knew there was an exhaust leak pre o2, but the ‘mechanic’ asked him to ask me if there was an electronic choke on the engine that can get stuck causing it to run pig rich…
i just told him to leave the car alone and just get it on the road, and ill be back on tuesday…man im gonna love the south!
