Actually the splicer is cool its the damn project manager who has the splice docs all fucked up and i cant do my job untill the fiber is spliced because i have to shoot the light with the otdr to get the distance and then pad it down so i dont smoke anything

right now i am sitting in my switch looking at a light meter and a laptop…we are only burning 2 fibers tonight to get rid of a colapsed ring this should have taken like 10 min… but when you have to mico bend every fiber in a 72 count because nothing is right… oh well thats why they call me the ot killa
