So I decided to use my camera again. Random Photoshoot.

Went out with Geoff, Mike93 and another non-NYSpeeder for some pics. Scott showed up too but scurried home, so no pics of the Benz.

Chino’s car is looking really good

I wouldn’t mind doing some other cars. But it’s mainly just for shits so whatever happens, happens. Thanks for the compliments.

These look sooooo much better at full resolution…

looking good playboys/.

they look great!

Cool. What’s nice about the richardson complex is that it’s always lit up at night, makes your job way easier.

What kind of wide angle lens are you using?

Sigma 10-20mm. Love the lense, but quality isn’t all there. Have to stop it down to f8-9 to make it a little sharper.

with that lense, did you need a tripod for the last shot (or any of them?)

All of them except the rolling shot were done using a tripod. It was already twilight + f8 = fairly long exposure. I’ve got a few handheld shots that didn’t come out well. Hopefully I can salvage a couple.

yeah, I was just noticing that you were down at f/8

I think a wide-angle lens is next for me…too bad I’m broke. I just want to be able to go out and walk around the city and indoor locations and stuff, without worrying about low-light ruining my photos.

Yeah it definitely takes some planning. Try getting the 35mm f1.8. That’s my other lens and there isn’t a lot that thing can’t do.

OK…so i know this will sound stupid, but with the 35mm f1.8 I cannot zoom in or out, right?

It was a surprise to see some people taking pictures outside my work but they turned out great.
