had fun. and yes, i know the grille is missing on my car. working on getting rid of the reflections of the umbrella, but it felt good to do this again since i hadn’t used my flash in almost a year.
this one was the only one where i didn’t use any sort of flash.

Nikon D90 on cheapo tripod, and one (lol) SB800 triggered via Cybersyncs into a shoot-through Impact umbrella and stand.
there’s no reason to include shitty downtown Buffalo backgrounds of dirt and bridge supports in the shot…i excluded that on purpose. the orange lights also kill everything.
Then why did you drive down there? You could have taken these pictures in a completely open dirt parking lot if that was your goal. lol

Because we shot at other locations downtown, and my friend wanted to shoot some graffiti too.
This was just for fun dude, I wasn’t going for a pulitzer. I’m practicing lighting the cars, not the background

Yeah it’s purdy. From what I hear he works miracles with paint, and he’s a nice guy as well. I was really surprised to hear that was factory paint on that car
