There was no heavy petting, this guy was acting like he was slap boxing or some thing. It was real unusual. By the time we were on to what he was tryin to do the wallet was gone and one of the dudes took off.

His liscense still said his address from like 5 years ago. Its all good. I’m just glad we got the one guy put away again. I will try to keep you posted on this.
