I was a total skeptic until I stayed in my sisters house in Leavenworth, Kansas (on base). That place wasn’t right. Not only did I experience some very strange shit, but the stories I heard we enough to creep me the f out.
Ironically enough, my other sister and brother-in-law lived right across the street from the one’s I was staying with (both in-laws are CO’s in the military) and needless to say, I stayed there for the rest of the trip.

redrum has pics, one time I was sleeping on the sofa just a little drunk every time i would put my foot down to stop the room from spinning the thing would hit my foot so I had to lift it up …

When I lived in my apartment on Elmwood it was definitely haunted. House was built around 1905. My keys would jingle in the kitchen, lights I never used would be on sometimes, once my spare change had neatly stacked itself up inside the change jar. There was one closet that the cat would meow at constantly, and it would sometimes be unlatched and wide open (I never used it). I’d also constantly see things move out of the corner of my eye. Sometimes lightbulbs would be unscrewed enough so they wouldnt turn on. My friend lived in the third floor apartment, and he would always have knocking on his door with no one there.
It scared the shit out of me for the first few months I lived there, but then I got used to it and it stopped bothering me.
Actually, one of my coworkers from my old office lives there now, and he agrees with me that its haunted. Lots of similar things happen to him.

Anyway, living somewhere thats haunted is definitely an experience. I knew someone who lived in University Heights who slept on her couch every night. She refused to sleep in her room because every night her bedroom trash can would get knocked over and the trash spread around the room.

damn, I wish I would’ve saw/heard something there. I didn’t see/hear anything at my dads when I was staying there either and thats suppose to be haunted too.
MiniSRT’s appt is haunted, and i dont say that sort of thing till ive seen something undenyable.
like goodleberg, twice ive seen shadows standing IN FRONT OF moon lit objects. once a group of were walking up from the back, and there was a shadow standing between us and the tallest headstone there. not cast across the headstone … standing in front of it. 4 of us stood there looking at it for a solid 30 seconds.
another time i was looking at the treeline way behind the cemetary, and i noticed that a few of the trees (moonlit from above and to the left of me) seamed to stop about 6 feet from the ground.
viewing angle and lighting angle were only about 15* different, and my flashlight was capable of lighting up th lower 6 feet. about 10 min later when i took another look the shadows were gone.
a friend also had something pat him on the back, i was walking up behind him and heard the sound of something patting his windbreaker. didnt think anything of it untill he asked me what i was patting his back for. while we were having the converstation (and as i was saying “i didnt do it”) something tapped his back again, loud enough for me to hear it.
ive also seen shit in my house. a few weeks ago a box of shoes got kicked off the stairs, they couldnthave fallen because the box was 100% ON the stair. also a few weeks ago i was standing at the stove making dinner looked at the mirror hanging in the living room and watched a shadow walk across the CENTER of the living room, in one wall and through the couch … basicly headed right at me.
“corner of the eye” stuff is one thing … staring directly at something is a totaly different story
I think directly seeing shit or something touching me would make me move out.
i dont go to the bathroom in 540guys house nemore because i got pushed one time will i was pissing, grabbed int he shoulder another time while i was pissing and once when i was taking a shit the power went out and everyone ran out fo the house and i had to sit in there by myself listening to all kinds of shit for like 5 minutes by myself
