theyve seen significant decreases due to coal decreases. im not just guessing, im a manager for a frieght railroad and using my facts that i deal with on a daily basis to make this statement. are they making money? sure. but are they laying guys off and making cuts across the board because of the major decrease in coal based business, absolutely.
