So Orbitz blows...

Long story short, I booked flights for my honeymoon on Orbitz and then needed to change the trip home. I called orbitz and was going to have to pay a bit over $500 total. That seemed ghey, so I called the airline directly (Continental) and got a guy that spoke clear english :jawdrop: that was able to do it for $200.

Not really a rant, just an FYI for you guys. You can call the airline directly to change a flight even though it was booked on a travel website.

good to know though.

i always deal directly with continential now after yahoo travel decides to cancel my flights, re-book me, and never notify me.

oh wow, that must’ve worked out real great for you.

i just use jet blue and southwest pretty much.

The rapid rewards on southwest means a free flight every few, try that with yahoo travel.
