I saw 4-5 bikes yesterday on bikes down the side road from kohls just hanging out. 1 black the rest white, and all about 14-15 years old. Right before them though, about 2-300 yards was a Colonie Police Officer sitting in his car in a parking lot. Not sure what happened or if the Officer was even sitting there because of the kids.
