I never worked on my forks, I just tune it myself. For the sv I sent them out to be built. For the R6, they were done at procycle, it was really not that expensive when I just bring the forks to them. If you are not updating your fork’s valving, I guess you could service them yourself. All you need is the service manual, seal driver, something to unscrew the cartridge.
