im going with everything that my coach has told me and him knowing the kid personally. my coach knows what hes talking about due to having fast cars he use to drag and also breaking records dragging motorcycles back in the day. i know he knows what hes talking about. really not trying to make it sound like this guy is a joe shmo but he can def rip an engine apart and rebuild it and know shit about cars.

x’s 2 very, very unfortunate incident, especially with the girlfriend in the car.I for one will never race or drive reckless with my broad in the car, under no circumstances. He never held a gun to their head saying race this fucking shitty neon or your gonna have a new orifice in your head.
ok, so your making an assumption that he cut him off? based on FACTS, we know that this kid was not responsible for causing the accident!
he was basically used as an example, since they probably knew that the spotlight was on him and they threw the book at him to make other people step back and take a look at it.
it is KNOWN he did nothing to cause the crash…he was merely an accessory to street racing and they are throwing the book at him due to his record and trying to make an example…
he has been back and forth to court/hearings since the accident on a weekly basis still sorting out this case.
If the kid in fact, did not cause the other drivers death, then I say fuck the media for exposing this situation and making a kid whose life is already off to a terible start even worse.
Put yourself in his shoes… we have almost all street raced randoms on the road. What if you pulled up to a visually normal person but realisitically he was suicidal (or maybe even just the most dumb mother F**** ever)
You jump from green, he pulls off into a tree in one form or another, the cops tag you with street racing, you already are in the spotlight for something you are only a meer accessory to, ect. The key words here are put yourself in his shoes. This could have happened to anyone.

Even if someone pulled up to you and tried lining up with you and threw you a rev and you threw one back then he took off and hit the tree,and you did not, theyd prob still tag you for something, and having a bad record is like owning a gun that killed someone whether or not you actually did it.
after every cop in WNY found out who we were/knew we didn’t have one because we were involved (whether intentionally or not) in some other kids’ death because of our involvement in an unauthorized speed contest?
