No mention of cost.

I was wondering as to the fourth one myself. Crazy setup though.

holy fuck

all that time and money… and youre still not driving a real car… loser

pretty cool but no clutch pedal

1-3 for the screens
4 for the rear view mirror

y not mount the rearview off center on top of the middle tv? pretty neato though

Fans are the best part

a seperate 360 just for the rear view is just overkill! geesh but yea, no clutch pedal ftl. Also no shifter. and the xbox steering wheel sucks.

If you guys were to do this similar setup and have a little stick shift, would you put the stick shift on the right hand side or left hand side? JDM setup? lol

wow i didnt think u could do something like that…

how does one rig up somethin like that??

If they threw away that piece of crap Xbox wheel and used a G25, then yes you could put the shifter anywhere you wanted + you would have a clutch pedal.

holy fucking nerdiness. seems like it would be cheaper and waaaaaaay more fun to just build an actual race car. that is almost sad.

  • 3M automotive chrome trim concealed edges

fucking ricers …

am i the only only one that thinks the reverse mirror looks like a SONY psp?

I thought the same.

I am curious about price, and if they would do the same with a PS3 and GT5

Honestly, aside from the three screens and the fans, it doesn’t really gain much over what we already have. As already mentioned, they are using an inferior wheel/pedal setup on it, and most of the other stuff you could DIY pretty easily. Hell, I’ve already got the bass-shaker and headrest mounted speakers, and I’m sure my home theatre audio setup is at least as good as the Bose setup they are using (probably FAR better, actually).

With GTR2, Race '07 and others, there is also no need for an extra screen for the rearview mirrors. Not to mention you don’t need more than one PC to do the multiple screens.
