Im looking to get a new desktop computer, i really dont wanna spend more than 400$.
I dont need a monitor all i need is the tower,
i am not a gamer, all the computer will be used for is surfing the internet, dling music, just basic use nothing to intense.
Someone recommend me one or spec me one out please.
The one thing i would like is a decent size hard drive.

EDIT: I see you live in Virginia 
I’m sure that the computer comes with a “Rescue CD” which you can use to re-install the factory configuration on the 1TB drive. If it doesn’t come with the disk, the computer will have an option to create them yourself.
if you’re not a gamer then why not a laptop. at this point buying a desktop is like choosing a home phone over a cell phone IMO.

I like having a desktop pc in my office at home with a 24’’ LCD screen, and nice speakers, and dual optical drives.
Tough to get that configuration on any laptop.
Not if you use a docking station that is very do-able.
