I don’t know if anyone on here will have a way to bench flash the ECU. We’d need the ECU in your car with a working harness and battery power to flash it.
None of the things you mentioned should affect you being able to drive it somewhere to have it flashed. I’d get it running and then drive it in for a flash.
As long as this is for off road use we’ll do it.
The car will not run without VATS being disabled. Stupid VATS!
