but, one thing… it takes balls to be different from the crowd, civics are over done… so i went w/ something different

and turbo isn’t the only thing getting done…gotta finish the body work, get it painted…redoing the complete interior…all while my car is in pieces in the north hills…
there was someone running around w/ a klze v6 under the hood, i believe the videos were at red pepper racing…
that would definantly be a ballsy swap tho…time, and money…money is a shortage for me…
there’s alot of crazy swaps going on in these cars… there’s a guy putting a zetec engine in a exp, a bunch of jspec turbo’s, and the popular spi swap… the engine from a 97 and newer escort (2.0) into a 91-96 escort lx( 1.9l cvh engine)…
I had a blue 91 escort GT a few years ago. That Mazda engine was perfect for that car. I beat the shit out of that thing and it never broke. I then sold it to my little brother who also beat the piss out of it. the only thing we ever had to do to it was put a clutch and waterpump in it after 160k. I ran it at the track once. it ran 15.9 and 16.0 with a header, catback, homemade coldair intake and ramair, the timing advanced, and a slipping clutch.
