ponzi scheme/scam?
Hmm… Pm’d you Jammer, about other matters tho :lol
In there like swimwear
Are you talking about RIO? Or Ambit Energy? or something else?
why are pyramid models scams? im just curious LOL
Amway global?
There not scams, but rather misleading cons. The thought of making the ton of money promised may have been possible when the “business” first started up, but all the new comers do are feed cash into the guys who started it all’s pocket.
The guys at the top are relaxing in there mansions doing nothing while the little guys or new comers make the old guys money. Thats why they spend all this money on seminars and advertising and telemarketing bs.
My lawyer made me to go one of these siminars once, its like 2 yrs later now and I cant believe hes still asking me to join this shit meanwhile he makes like $27 a week from busting his balls trying to make sales/recruit new people…
Wait so Jay you wanna go drink some beer?
Boost is right. And it’s good to be near the top. This one is %100 legal. We have FBI employees in it. Too. None the less, yes, some will lose money. At the moment, those stuck seem to be in the poor inner city communities. Except for the community leaders themselves.
End of day… Boost is very much right
I hope that’s not the same lawyer you have representing you in your gun case. :rofl
I remember going to a seminar once
and then
Actually it is… And hes getting me off with a violation which is NOT a crime so I guess hes a pretty good one huH?
It’s been postened until next month, but he got his tape recordings of him calling the police station the day I got arrested to speak with me immiediately and they wouldnt let him so the DA has pretty much no choice but to make a deal…
Eh, any violation is a crime as it still means you’re not following the law. Congrats on getting “off” though, still sucks it happened.
criminal law for the state of: New York
MAIN QUESTION(S): Is a “Violation” a “Criminal Offense”? Is a “Violation” a “Criminal Misconduct”?
Background info/Basis for question:
240.20 Disorderly Conduct (disposition: conditional discharge), is a violation in the State of New York. A Violation is not a crime.
Ok, I was proven wrong then.
I BEEN HAD HUNDREDS
That is all.
Shlapow!!!
i dont get how a postponement means you got off?
dont count your chickens before they hatch!
A deal gets made when a lawyer and a DA talk… They talk not during court but over the phone or in person in between court dates. Just becuase I didnt go to court yet doesnt mean I don’t know the deal the DA is offering. The DA told my lawyer she would offer a disorderly conduct charge which is a violation not a crime and a fine… Yes, you are right, shit COULD happen like myself getting in trouble again or something else, but thus far thats what the outcome is looking like…
And in respect to the title of this thread… Two words: Salvadore Dali
