Unfortunately, the DA can make all the deals they want, but it’s on the judge to decide if that is a suitable punishment for the crime/violation/molestation/whatever. I’m not kidding when I say I wish you the best of luck in the situation, and everyone makes mistakes, but the judge always has the final say even if a deal is presented.
Look at me, I make a few mistakes (speeding tickets and what not) a few years ago (including driving on suspended license in 2006) and although none of them were violence/drug/weapon issues, a Judge deemed me “unfit” to have a pistol permit.
Thats insane about your pistol permit, but I’ve never seen a judge reject anything in my life… I’ve always seen the judge as a witness/notary to the plea youve agreed to, never ever seen them reject a DA’s reccomendation but yes, I suppose there is always an acception.
ehh maybe shady, fast / short life pyramids are like that i dont know.
I know a few good friends who turned it into a full time and don’t do anything else now, its awesome but they worked for every single bit of it and more so.
I think the misleading comes because they tell you about everything you can have and etc etc but it never gets into your head that its actually work, hard work and you probably dont have the work ethic and balls to do it. There is a reason why they get paid so much money, and it’s not because of luck, or because its easy… because if it was everyone would be doing it.
And if it was because “they made money because they got in it soon” well then why not just keep starting up endless amounts of pyramid schemes lol
