Look at the regulars on here. 95% of them do all their own work, and do it well. being an enthusiast is something in the heart, not the head. We do it for the love of the cars. end story.

i didnt mean it that way, i meant that because im 16 that im not just jumping on the bandwagon and doing this because its cool, i have a passion for these cars and cars in general, i have been around cars all my life and have wanted a 240 for over two years and saved up for one by doing a paper route for 3 years. i fully respect all the people on this board like u meantioned that do their own work and use their cars the way their meant to be. when i get a steady job i will modify my car to my liking, do it all myself and track the hell out of it. i didnt mean to offend anyone, and sound cocky or anything i just didnt want people to think less of me as an enthusisast because of my age.

age doesnt matter at all, if you act like a fool you will be treated as such, if you give people the proper respect and act like a mature person you will be given the respect you deserve.
Even though I get the most rediculous looks when people ask my age, for some unknown reason I look much younger than I am.
I’m 25, get used to it, I’m old and cranky, my back hurts, my muscles and joints ache. Prolly from lifting all those transmissions of late.
