They do shit work man i’ve seen some of the worst installs come out of futureshit/best buy. i’m not a pro certified installer myself so don’t go there, but being a tech in a reputable local garage and having lots of friends with more money than brains i see a lot of shoddy installs.

Okay, it turns out that I will need to do some wiring (I thought it would be just plug + play, since most of the decks we carry at CT are like that).
I do know that we carry harness adapters so thats ok.
Now, about the blue wire with a yellow strip… I haven’t actually found that wire yet, but, would that wire be connected to the white plug on the car? My stock wiring was already set to work with the older Alpine I had in there, so I assume it was untampered with.
Oh, while I was taking apart the center console (I dropped that little “shift lock” button thing on the auto shifter, I noticed that there were three 12 year old condoms lying on the carpet just behind the parking brake cable… Weird o_0
