if u send the ticket in ahead of time with not guilty plea they will send u a court date. then the day u go they will tell u if it gets reduced and school and such, u do not have to pay ur fine that day they usually give u time to pay. NOW if u just go to court the day the ticket says u will go, wait, tell them your plea and get another court date…
whats a supporting deposition?
it basically a copy of the ticket making the cop do more work. but if you request one and never receive it, your case can be thrown out

ok real simple…not trying to be an asshole in the least…step one: whatever the date is on the ticket go to the court on that date a few minutes before said time…step two: go up to the window where the old broads usually work and tell them you got a ticket and you would like to plead not guilty…step three: said old broad will then tell you to sign off on some bullshit piece of paper, and then assign you a court date…usually a couple weeks later, could be a few days later depending on the next available time the judge wants to sit his fat ass on the bench…step four: go to said court date, get there early to avoid the confusion, sign in with the old broad again and she will then send you to talk to the D.A (district attorney) he’s gonna say blah blah blah you were doing this and blah blah blah, we’re going to reduce your sentance to a parking ticket and school with no points…you say thank you sir have a good day…step five: you wait your turn in line to go talk to the cocksucker of a judge (depending on what kind of mood he’s in, you’ll either get a $50 parking ticket fine or a $150 parking ticket) after thats all said and done, you’re then going to sign up for driving school, lots of fun, you’ll probably want to punch yourself in the ballbag a bunch of times when you leave, believe me it happens…driving school is usually scheduled a month or two after you leave court they’ll all explain it at the court when you sign up…step six: you’ve paid your ticket, paid for school, gone to school…NO POINTS ON YOUR LICENSE! its like it never happend, but its a huge pain in the ballsack but it saves your ass on insurance and points…and thats all there is too it, pretty simple…
the court is gonna reduce it because the money you give them for your “parking tickets” they keep it, a speeding ticket is gonna go to the state and not the local town…good luck on your adventure n0ob…its not that big of a deal, just breathe in and out you’ll be fine :tup:
Have fun. Last time I went to WS court it sucked balls. Stood in line in about 3 different places, it was hot as hell, and took about 4 hours. I don’t know if that is typical.

insurance companies look for points or accidents…they dont give a fuck how many “parking tickets” you get while you insure your car…its a PARKING ticket, you arent moving, sitting still thus no real damage/liability…
