Well i was heading down seneca creek to go home today and got pulled over, for 22 over.
Ive never had a ticket before and i know i was doing 43-46 at least.
Im over 18

so what do I do?

5 hour course?
4 hour school.i got off with a $80 ticket.Other people it was up to $150.The school had people from different courts so im guessing west seneca was towards the lighter side of that scale
school isnt bad…u watch a couple videos…fill out a booklet and yea…it just wastes ur time…

outcomes are different for everyone. 80% of the time you are offered a lesser offense to plead guilty to and just a fine, maybe school, maybe they won’t offer you anything. I doubt that, but it can happen, and has before.
Also, everyones record is different, which is what the judge glances at before he decides his sentence.

i have the whole sheet they gave me and dont know what to do…
it says return by mail before or in person on 5/16/08
so i can send it in the mail with the plea of not guilty?
you have the choice to either check not guilty and send it in, wait for the cop to do the disposition, they mail it to you and give you a court date, where you have to go anyways to get it reduced…
or you can just go to court on the day the ticket says, and get it reduced then. I don’t see a reason they won’t considering its your first ticket.
i’m on #38 and mine still get dropped, but like I said before, they don’t have to, and sometimes don’t.
so just go in on the date it says?

correct, when they assess the fine they will ask you how long its gonna take to get the money, you can usually get away with up to 45 days to pay from that date
