yeah he does, but no tools.
If he feels like driving down to the Niagara Falls area i will do it for him. We have a rent-a-bay place here which is like $12.50 hr. I will do it for $75 minus if he pays for the shop rental. It should only take an hour.

To remove all four struts, compress spring and reinstall, that if there no rust. for 75 buck

chris is pretty amazing actually,
he did full brakes (pads, rotors, drums, bled the whole system etc. etc.) on my gf’s car in less than 3 hours on a gravel drive way in the dark.
if you buddy is willing to drive to niagara he wont find anyone more capable than chris.
we use that do-it-yourself garage religiously.
did a full clutch, pilot bearing, throwout bearing and tranny swap on my SR in less than 4 hours there.
