SR performance rotors?

I need rear rotors and found these on ebay but it sounds like one of those too good to be true stories.

Anybody ever bought these? I spoke to the supplier and I can get them for freaky cheap if I pick them up from the warehouse.

I’d even do a group buy if I knew they weren’t gonna warp all to sh*t.

Thoughts?

You should probably just stick to brembro brakes or something you can get locally.
The price may be a bit higher, but alot less hassle than getting stuff off ebay.
With shipping and whatnot it might even be the same price or cheaper.

They are local. The warehouse is in Scarborough and allows local purchasing and pickup so there’d be no shipping cost involved.

I’m just a bit sketchy on the price. I suppose you get what you pay for right? Just thought maybe someone had tried these rotors and could provide some feedack. If not I’ll stick with stock or Brembo.

i used to buy rotors there.

woud you like to know how they drill them out?

they have an old asian woman in the back with a MasterCraft drill press.

She puts the rotors on the drill press and drills them out in a pattern they have jigged up.

she then puts a sleeve over it and rust coats the hub with some krylon.

i watched this happen while i was there a while ago.

just blank rotors that they are drilling themselves

haha, wow! Thanks for the info Bing. I suppose that explains why they don’t offer slotted rotors.

they just gotta buy a lathe i guess…lol

lol.

cross drilled rotors that are cheap are never good.

the holes will spiderweb and crack.

Slotted = teh win.

I have them. Seems good. It’s an SR rotor, it won’t break no matter what. SR ftw.

too bad the picture they isnt of the rotor… let alone A rotor…

thats a drawing of one.

lol

They also sell Brembo cross drilled rotors. I picked up mine from them last year for my 5 bolt conversion and have no complaints/problems with them. Hell of a deal :thumleft:
