That was my point. It comes with all you need and complete instructions for tuning. Yeah, you pay for it, but in doing so, you get a quality turbo kit that a good company put the time and research into. Being that he is turboing his DD, i think the smartest thing to do is to go with the Hahn kit. Everyone has their own opinion, but you have to admit, this is the easiest and safest way for him to achieve what he wants to do.
