SSR Gt3 Wheels

I was thinking of trading my current wheels for something differant, i like them, but i wanted something black when i bought the car or at least darker, and id like to see the BBK a little bit more, with some lip

here is what the car looks like now

The reason for the post, is that ive heard that these rims bend easily… is this true?

Apparently the previous owner had these on the car before the current wheels

so here is what it will look like

i love those bbs wheels.

+1

i looked through SSR’s wheels the other day and didnt see anything i liked really… those wheels way > than anything SSR has to offer.

your brakes are retarded…in a good way

Dont get rid of the CH’s, they dont bed easily, they are a great wheel.

 to the ssr’s

somebody offered me a set of BBS RGR for trade… i am not sure, waiting on pics of them on a car

BBS > SSR

so true. you must wake up with a big ass smile on your face everyday now, and then run out and look at it to make sure its really there/yours. to you man

it still doesnt feel like its my car…

why get rid f the BBS, they are >>>>anything else you are looking at

SSRs will be bent in a matter of minutes on Buffalo streets.

CHs are hot as hell. I really can’t think of a wheel that would be an upgrade other than getting some HREs or DPEs but those are more for show.

IMO a 3 piece wheel like the SSR GT3 looks way better then those BBS’s

Gunmetal centers witha polished lip would look hot if you dont want to go too dark like black. There have been complaints about the GT3’s bending… especially on Bimmer Forums. Many people are just dumbasses. They get a 18" wheel with a 30 or 35 series sidewall, hit a 2" deep pothole with a square edge and then wonder why the wheel is bent.

3 Piece, lightweight, wheels have spun aluminum rings which are not thick. If you want light then they have to be thinner. Same thing with the GT3 centers. Its a semi-solid forging designed to be light.

You can get the SSR but you will have to be careful… otherwise you can get a cast wheel and just drive.

just get some Sick rims off wheelmax…

Keep the CH’s, they look nice.

I think audisniper has RGR’s on his A4 for reference.

It’s cause it’s not, it’s the bank’s car

Man, that car is ridiculous as it sits. That’s a great buy, I’d let it stew for a while before making any huge purchases on it, IMO.

IMO Similar style wheel but better looking = Racing Dynamics RS2

3 piece forged wheel.

19 x 8.5 F / 19 x 10 R

CH’s are so hot. RGR’s are hot too. don’t go from a BBS to an SSR though. and where did you hear that CH’s bend easy?
