Heard the car fire up and run while visiting the garage. all i gotta say is thats the meanest LOUDEST but cleanest sounding 240 ive ever Heard. dnt wanna be around that thing when it builds boost.
Hopefully we can get this thing on the dyno soon and post up some charts on power and torque. Do some crazy tuning on the stand alone, and have it at the VIP drift day.
This car will be insanely nasty and all the work over the few years will be worth it when its drively to its fullest extent.
What pat didnt mention is the fact that the chassis has been welded for stability, and all holes fixed.

Megasquirt is easy to tune. It uses the exact same principles as all other map based engine management systems. VE tables for fuel and advance tables for ignition.

the only reason tuning is hard right now is because we dont have the cash for a dyno to come to us right now. Once we get the dyno then we should be able to get it finished in no time.
Driving up and down the street at night doesnt exactly constitute as tuning. The tuner on this project is canadiandrifter240sx (chris) who had a megasquirt himself back in the day.
You can drift without coils, LSD, and bucket seat. Just a little bit more challenging. Just because the car isnt drift spec doesnt mean it cant be drifted.
