We just finished installing our STM Front Facing Turbo kit on an EVO VIII with a 35R.
The car made 427awhp on our Mustang Dyno on straight 93 octane pump gas!
I put together a short video of the car and dyno pulls.
It sounds awesome!

No longer will bugs suffer the miserable fate of being smashed on the front of a car. With the STM Front Facing Turbo kit; bugs will take the most thrilling ride of their life through the bowels of the internal combustion engine.

The wheel will shred it, the heat will evaporate it and if it makes it’s way through the intercooler, it’ll be one unlucky bug!

He has a turbo in his front bumper- he can do whatever the F he wants with his car! 
I love it, but I’m a nerd too. I’m going to put a pink flamingo on the side of my car someday… just to piss people off.

im somewhat of a turbo newbie. Whats stopping bugs and water from getting in the motor?? is there a water bypass trap or something? drain in the intercooler? what?
Nothing is stopping bugs from getting in there. Bugs wont’ hurt a motor. The mesh is stopping rocks from getting in there, and an intercooler is like a filter of its own, stopping anything larger than a piece of sand from getting in, and even that would have a long journey.
Water is not bad for a motor in small amounts. An engine can actually eat a lot of water. Look at water and meth injection.
It’s not “as healthy” having it open as it would be with a filter on it, but it makes more power this way. It’s a race mod, no question about it. I ran my neon open turbo for a few months, and had no problem.
