Well, that’s about as close as the SV will come. I don’t think a springer front end would work on this type of bike. Handling would suck

^^^^^FOR THE LAZY… removing the fairings on a gsxr 600 made the bike lose 10mph off the top end
no you wouldnt cuz if you had 40k to drop on a bike you wouldnt have bought a gs500, btw according to motorcyclist magazine the fastest production bike tested 0-180 was none other than the zx-10r which went 0-184 in 17 seconds… woot woot…
