Is cylinder 1 during the top of it’s compression stroke correct?
yes, exhaust and intake closed
cams should be about 10 and 2 o’clock for DOHC

Well actaully I did the cam seals, only because they were dumping oil, as for the main seal. That crank bolt isn’t going anywhere.
As for valve shims, I only have two-three cam lobes in spec. So I didn’t bother.
