pfffftt obiviously not low enough Look at the wheel gap between that fender and the Rotors…
Looks like he may have to do the ziptied.com trick… get rid of frame rails!
I Complete agree with the flat black paint.
If you want to cover up your mismatched panels, at least do it as clean as possible.
nothing looks worse than a crappy spray bomb job.
i think it looks great when its done properly.
if i ever saw this guy going down the street
id thumbs up
Plus comme you don’t have to Google search what you grew up with and looked to for inspiration and influence for nearly 10 years. There wasn’t much of a scene, so you looked to Japan for it. When drifting came, you would look to Japan because they have been doing it organized since 95. And when you want the latest dish on innovation and style today, you look to Japan. Canada is doing what Japan did pre-2002, that’s 8+ years behind. Nothing here is original, so that’s a moot point because everything done here was just as “JDM fanboy” at one point or another as what I said. In other words, it doesn’t matter, it’s all preference.
Ahmed I’m not really sure by your comments if you actually know…or can imagine what corrected roll centers feel like or would feel like… you really got to go for a drift session in a slammed, stressed control arms, stretched tires and let us know what problems you have found with the vehicle, how did it react … … and not a write up you found on a australian s chassis forum or zilvia or nico or w/e >>>>i mean your words, your experience, I’d really like to hear that
One of my favourite 180sx’s. Love all of Koguchi’s 180’s especially the green on white and the black on chrome
not liking a particular style is fine, everyone is always gonna hate something. but you can never argue with someone for having a “bad” style because they would say the same thing back to you about yours. its like telling a honda guy tucking his wheels is gay, then he tells you having them out last the fenders is gay. or telling someone that his backwards hat is gay, when he’s gonna tell you that your frontwards hat is gay.
you dont have to agree with all styles, just dont say its “gay” the same can be said about what you are into. no one will ever win.
assuming youve seen thank you for smoking
thanks nick nailor
So you think chocolate is the end-all and be-all of ice cream?
I like flat black paint jobs. I like stretched tires, I like low cars, I like large rims. Why does it matter what others think =/ somebody will always hate what you do. Just build YOUR car to YOUR standards and the looks YOU want.
and jeeze Ahmed why are you so anti stretch/low/hellaflush/drift Anyways?
Honestly it depends on the car.
I find something I like about every different car. I love Roel’s because it has that rough look. You can tell he’s taken a long time to build the car and has been putting money into expensive parts. I love John’s cuz it looks like a fucking Mario kart, big wheels and fucking wide stance suit it. I like Bog’s because it’s the epitome of OEM styling… OEM aero, Meshies and a perfect height. Each cars style is a direct reflection of the owner.
My personal style on the other hand is something unusual. I love cars that look OEM (no kits, no twin 5" exhaust tips, no spoilers except a chibi or Wangan wing, etc.) Personally my style is one that I feel a car should be dumped on all OE body panels (for example S13 K’s aero on a S13 coupe), big and wide wheels, and just overall a stocklooking car. If someone can have a car look completely stock but be done so damn clean it drops jaws, that is the epitome of styling to me (much like Wayne, Mike, etc).

why are you still talking? this thread, of all times, isn’t going to be one of those times. you’re too hilarious. imagine the impact you would have on the world if you went out as a missionary handing out grip bibles and praying for drifters…
*Edit
sorry, but to contribute to the thread, honestly i think every car really just depends on the COMBO of mods. you can have 2 cars with the same wheels or the same exhaust but the combination of other mods is what makes you like or dislike the car, and is also what establishes style.
and seriously, if you look at your car and like what you see, you’re happy with form. if you drive your car and like how it drives, then you’re happy with function. the weight of form & function’s different for everyone. not giving a fuck about what other people think is half the style anyway.
i like things that other people may not like and vice versa.
or to phrase it diferently, titties is titties.
^qft
Heh, sick car choices Feint. Fits my style exactly. FD looks beast, so does that first 180…
Style of your car, should suit your own taste… if you worry about what other people think, well… you’re not very grown up. Does anyone really think that telling someone their car looks gay… or that their style of car looks like shit will ever go anywhere? They’ll tell you to fuck off, you’ll argue, exchange a few more words of hate towards shit and at the end of the day the guy who has his car the way he wants and is happy with it will laugh at the other person. If you choose how to make your car look/perform based on everyone else’s opinion… your just a sheep followin’ the herd. Pick what you like, be unique,
No different than choosing if you like Nike, Adidas or <insert random shoe company here>, some love Nike and hate Adidas, and vice versa.
Who gives a shit, respect the time and effort people put into their cars and if it’s not your thing… laugh to yourself and look at a car that does suit your taste… There’s tons of shit I don’t like… but unless your a fucking Dodge Neon with a 6 foot GT wing and a 12" exhaust and every color neon you could think of, hell while your at it a STROBE underglow WITH every color… try and understand their perspective.
In my opinion the definition of style is: Being able to define something produced by your own likes that cannot be defined by someone else.
This is perfect style and exactly what I was talking about imo.
Personally i dont care what you do to your car. If you wanna roll around in a zip-tied POS thats your deal. I think it gives mad charactor and stuff but its not for me. The only thing i really kinda think od stupid is this whole hella flush lyfestyle thing…dont really quite get it. I think a dumped car with nice fitment looks good but when you have the whole lip of your rim sticking out like a good quarter or half inch with no tire i think thats pretty stupid. Just my 0.2 cents. Style is your own unique thing. Dont copy be cool.
feint those are beatiful i love it (except the yellow FC)
Well to add my other 2 cents, clean is always nice! but I personally like the cars that come out of Marks shop, or UNION. only because those cars do get used and abused… properly. I espiecally enjoy his skyline… and any other car going with that slammed fat wheel stance… it just seems proper yet trashy… oem seems kind of boring.
Just my opinion, but over all any s chassis with some work, or even clean gets my attention.
I like big fake titted red heads. I don’t care if she ain’t functional because i can’t bring her home to dinner because my parents would be disgusted in me or the fact that her tits would be to hard to sleep on or hug
or
I like my cars slammed, loud and stiff. I don’t care if its not functional because i can’t get up some driveways or i can’t take a salesmen out for lunch in it or its plain awkward being seen wearing a suit driving one.
Thats my DREAM style or taste… everyone has there own…
Function over Form (or vice versa) is no different
if you argue ones style then you mite as well call your self an ignorant fuck
