sub box for a coupe

i have 2 12" subs and im trying to design a box to fit in a coupe. obviously, there isn’t 12" of straight vertical height anywhere in the trunk so the subs will have to be angled. and i wanted to make the box fit towards the back of the trunk under the rear deck lid.

if anyone has made a box that would fit in this area and fit 2 12" subs, please let me know so i can copy you’re design. iv designed a few but id rather just trust some whos works. thanks

Perhaps make two individual boxes? and put them on either sides?

Do you really need all that bass in your car?

Here’s my single 10" and it clears fine.

I moved it now so it’s in the center and it’s held by bungee coords that
tie it to my CP rear strut bar. :hsug:

Anywho good luck.

Might wanna learn how to fiberglass if you don’t already know how to…

Do something like Sasha’s car and turn the spare tire well into a sub box. It will work and leave plenty of room for cargo.

if you are looking for a wooden box with the subs on slight angles (eg. towards the sky @ 50degrees) I have one that fits a hatchback perfectly. I am not 100% sure but maybe it will fit a coupe too. If you want to measure the dimensions of space that you have, eg. height length width I could tell you how big it is and you could come pick up the box for $80. You will save yourself maaad time and money is about what you will pay for materials. Let me know…

if you use tens they clear the rear deck perfect when you custom make the box mine fits like a love but then i did make the box so that they do… anwyays making the box is the best way and it’s mad ez

unfortunatly i already bought 1 12"s so im stuck trying to fit them
