maybe if the plate was in the trunk lid or something to break it up a bit, its just too much of a black void without some sort of interruption. I dunno, just my opinion 
i don’t know what happened to your car thus far, but since you’re already there, put the black in. something needs to go on the black though. maybe a pony? or a pwny? HAHA
keep in mind it’s a chop. The black will look much different with a reflection in it.

No i just thought the black inbetween the lights gave it more of eye candy but i guess its not.
