After how bad the roads have been the past few months there is NO way I would lower any car driven in Buffalo over the winter months.

Great wheels but if you go that low profile a tire without a drop it’s going to be wheel gap city.
My GTO sits pretty low and I haven’t had any DD issues this winter, including many trips to Ellicottville. It’s definitely pushed some snow drifts with the bumper but hasn’t gotten stuck.
I’m not worried about getting stuck im worried about killing the front bumper on pot holes etc.
The other issue is with going crazy on this is my wife might be taking this and I will get something else.
I want two sets of wheels so I can put snows on the stocks for next winter.
Just throw some eibach springs in it, otherwise its gonna look goofy.
I like the wheel choice.
GTR wheels look kinda cool too

Why don’t you just keep the OEM alloys for the summertime, and buy some good snows for steelies for the wintertime?

Springs won’t be too bad but it lowers it enough to look better. I wouldn’t get coils because they will more than likely get ruined
Springs will be fine in winter. If you ruin your bumper on a pot hole you have a serious problem lol

Hmmm… having a tough time deciding between those GTR wheels and the ones in the first post. GTR ones look pretty badass.
The issue I have with the GTR wheels is I don’t know how it will look with the color of my car.
They seem way darker almost black vs the original ones I posted however it could just be the pic
