yeah same thing happened to me ordering from summit but from nevada still only took 2-3 days.

mine didn’t say dick until i opened the package and didn’t get all my shit, then read the invoice and it says SHIPPED FROM NEVADA*
that’s it.
if you go to summit right now and click order status and view that order what does it say under “box” for the items not shipped from ohio
I had a cracked passenger side manifold and they wanted 124 for the one side. I got cheap dynomax headers for $118 shipped from summit.
I will challenge anyone to a “who has the loudest exhaust” when I get them on.

blue- this morning it said shipped 8-29-05 and nothing… clicked on the invoice and it just had the parts… around 10am they updated it to ‘multiple shipping methods’ andnow its’ box A and B
howevre, my issue is that i had anticipated it all coming TODAY… when i purchased… it did not tell me that when i paid for it!
i should of just expected to get fucked over.

ok, but that’s all i was asking because it does tell you, maybe a glitch in the system for you or something but whenever i get shipping confimation back form summit (usually a couple hours) it’s always had the box information and where it’s coming from updated at that point so i know as soon as it’s shipped.
the dynomax’s will rust quickly, i had a set. should have spent the extra dollars on a set of hedmans, and mine’s not that quiet. flowmaster 40’s
77redneck i can put a coat of flat black powder on them, i did mine from summit and ran the truck for a good half hour and it’s still on there can’t see them rusting out with that on it
I heard that the cheapo dynomax’s rust out also. I was going to spray some of that high temp paint from VHT on there as an extra coating, would that help at all?
I have the headers running into a 18" long 2.5" glasspack and coming out in front of the rear tires ( dual exhaust, no h-pipe or anything). I am going to try and get it on this weekend, so I will let you know how loud it is.

I could really care less how it sounds. It’s all about cheap with this truck. I got the glasspacks for $11 each.
So far I have $834.67 into this truck including buying it. I got a complete tune up, new tires, new exhaust, tach, starter, and a few other things so far. It’s just something to beat on until we are done having kids, then it will start getting the good stuff.
