what would be better for my 95 altima? H&R springs, Sprint springs, Ground control coilovers? What would be the benifits of one over the other?
Well it would help if you knew how much they each drop the car, the spring rates, and whether they are progressive. Also, will you run stock struts?
Dont run stock struts, aftermarket suspension ( depending on how extreme the ratio/rate is) will tear the structs apart. KYB and Tokico both make gas shocks that can withstand even coilovers, so they claim…

the ground control obviously is adjustable, the H&R’s i beleive are 1.5, and the sprints are 2 i beleive, now as far as ratings are i have no idea? i am not sure what kind of strut/shock to go with, i want to do it properly, so there wil be now factory parts, what would you suggest?
