Syncing Jump drive

Is there any way to have my jump drive automatically sync with the contents in the ‘my documents’ folder each time I plug it into my computer?

Explained another way: I want my flash drive to be the exact same as the ‘my docs’ folder and vice versa without any manual input. It just does it so I never have to worry if I remembered to save something on it

I just manually copied everything over onto the jump drive and it only took up about 50mb out of a gig, so there is plenty of room

I’ve been using use allway sync and go

It works well, but it’s not completely automatic.

I have an app I wrote that dumps any USB drive to a folder on the system automatically when its mounted… I am sure there is some commerical (non-hacking) implementation of this
